No. It's an estimate based on the details you enter. We give you a written quote after seeing photos or visiting the property. It may change if something comes up during the job that wasn't visible before, such as more items than stated or harder access. If so, we'll let you know before carrying on.
It depends on the size and the amount of items. A typical flat is usually done in one day. Heavily hoarded properties can take several days.
We remove it and take it to the appropriate waste facilities. Anything that can be reused or recycled is set aside.
