2. What data we process

This website does not store personal data on any server. The calculator runs in your browser and doesn't ask for any details. When you contact us, we process the data you give us:

When you use the contact form or WhatsApp buttons: your name, phone number and the message you write, which reach us via WhatsApp.
When you call us: your phone number and the information you tell us.

3. What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, prepare and send you a quote and, if you accept it, carry out the service.

4. Legal basis

Taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, where applicable, performing the service contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal obligations (for example, tax).

6. Who we share it with

We don't share your data with third parties unless required by law. WhatsApp messages are transmitted through WhatsApp's services (Meta Platforms), which are subject to their own privacy policy.

The reviews section shows reviews published on Google. To load them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and handle it under their own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to portalserviciosgarraf@gmail.com. If you feel we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
