How long does it take to clear a flat?
It depends on the size and the amount of items. A typical flat is usually done in one day. Heavily hoarded properties can take several days.
What happens to the things inside?
A clearance includes everything inside when we arrive. If you want to keep anything, set it aside before asking for a quote or tell us when you request it, and we'll take it into account from the start.
What do you do with the furniture and waste?
We remove it and take it to the appropriate waste facilities. Anything that can be reused or recycled is set aside.
Does it matter if there's no lift?
Yes. Access changes how long the job takes: a ground floor isn't the same as a third floor with no lift, or a lift the furniture won't fit in. That's why the calculator asks.
Can you do it urgently?
We try to fit in. If you need it within 72 hours, mention it when you ask for a quote and we'll see what we can do.
